SRH students kick off Change Management module at Neolithic
On March 17th we welcomed a group of students from SRH Haarlem for the kickoff of their Change Management module. The students, a mix of Business Psychology and Digital Transformation Management, visited our office in Haarlem for a presentation about Neolithic and a tour of our facilities.
During the session, the students got acquainted with our technology: industrial robot-driven 3D concrete printing using concrete, stone powder and clay. They saw how parametric design is directly translated into physical infrastructure components, from printed manholes and embankment stairs to fish hotels and dike reinforcement elements. The tour gave them a concrete understanding of the challenges and opportunities Neolithic is facing.
The Change Management module is supervised by Andrew from SRH and runs over several weeks. Working in groups, the students develop scenarios about how Neolithic can grow, innovate and respond to changes in the market. Their research covers a wide range of themes including organic growth, hyperpersonalisation, automation and regulation in the construction industry.
The module is structured around four key moments: the kickoff at Neolithic, a brainstorming session on trends and future scenarios, a mid-term review, and finally the closing presentations on April 16th. On that day, the student groups will present their findings and recommendations directly to us.
It is great to see how this collaboration between education and industry leads to fresh perspectives. We look forward to what the students will bring in the coming weeks. More to follow!
